This product is a non-ionic/anionic soft raising agent specifically designed for fabric raising and sueding processes. It effectively softens fibers, improves fiber lubrication, and enhances raising efficiency. It significantly reduces fiber breakage during mechanical raising, resulting in a uniform, dense, and soft pile surface. Suitable for cotton, polyester, viscose, and their blended woven and knitted fabrics.
Performance Characteristics:
1.Provides excellent softening and lubrication effects, reducing the friction between
fibers and raising rollers.
2.Effectively protects fiber strength, minimizes fiber breakage and fly loss, and improves raising uniformity and fabric yield.
3.Demonstrates good resistance to high temperature, hard water, and shearing forces.
4.Creates a full, soft, and elastic hand feel after raising, without greasiness or yellowing.
Physical Properties:
Appearance: Milky white to slightly yellowish transparent liquid
Ionic nature: Non-ionic / Weakly anionic
pH Value (1% solution): 5.5 – 7.0
Solubility: Easily dispersible in warm or cold water
Dosage:
Padding process: 20 – 40 g/L
Exhaustion process: 2% – 5% o.w.f
Note: According to the actual situation, color shade to decide the optimum
amount.
Storage:
To ensure product integrity, it is advised to store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouses, avoid freezing and direct sunlight. The recommended storage period is 6 months for optimal performance.
