This product could make the fabric smooth and flatten out wrinkles, it is suitable for the post finishing process of fabrics such as polyester, polyester blends, nylon, cotton, linen, polyester and other textile fibers giving the fabrics excellent smoothness, fluffiness and soft hand feel.

Instructions(Padding method):
Dilution method
Water→stir 80r/min→Heat up to 90～95℃→Slowly introduce the raw materials → swelling →
85℃ heat preservation 150～180 mins→Cool to 50℃→Filter and discharge materials
Attention: During the swelling process, delamination may occur, which is a normal phenomenon. After swelling, stir and cool down to below 65 ℃ to achieve uniformity.
Suggest diluting our product to a solid content of 10% and using it according to the following process：
Immersion method:
The dosage is 1.0%～4.0%o.w.f
(Room temperature~50 ℃) Impregnation (30-60 minutes) → Dehydration → Drying (100-130 ℃) → Shaping (160-190 ℃)
Immersion rolling method:
The dosage is 10～50g/L
Dip rolling (rolling residual rate 65-75%) → drying (100-130 ℃) → shaping (160-190 ℃)
Storage&Packing
Storage in cool, dry and ventilated place, the shelf life is 12 months.
25KG woven bag, or depends on customer’s requirement.
