This product belongs to a new generation of environmentally friendly crosslinking agents. It forms a transparent, colorless film and features high solid content. Developed on the basis of conventional adhesive crosslinking systems, it is specially designed for pigment printing systems. It significantly improves dyeing fixation rate, imparting a soft hand feel and bright colors to the fabric. Fabrics treated with this product show excellent soaping, dry and wet rubbing fastness, which are superior to traditional crosslinking agents, with no back-sticking and sharp pattern outlines.

The product can be used directly or after dilution.
Recommended dosage: 2% – 5% on the total weight of the printing paste.
Adjust the amount based on fabric type, shade depth, and fastness requirements through trial samples.
After printing, proper heat curing is required for full crosslinking (typically 150 – 160°C for 2 – 3 minutes).
Storage&Packing
Storage in cool, dry and ventilated place, the shelf life is 12 months.
100KG or 200KG plastic drum, or depends on customer’s requirement.
