Application:

Usage Amount for Reference:
1. Dipping Process: For optimal results, dilute B2971 emulsion at a rate of 1-3% (o.w.f) during the dipping process.
2. Padding Process: During the padding process, a recommended amount of 20-40g/L of B2971 diluted emulsion is advised for achieving desired softness and elasticity.
Storage:
To ensure product integrity, it is advised to store in cool and ventilated warehouses, with a storage period of 12 months for optimal performance.
Emulsification Method:
To achieve the ideal emulsion, dilute B2971 at a ratio of 1:8, utilizing a high-speed dispersion machine for a uniform and effective blend.
Emulsification Process:
10% silicone oil emulsification method:
Add 100kgs silicone oil and 3kgs acetic acid and 20kgs emulsifier into the container and stir (recommended:100r/min) while adding water (recommended: 10kg/min). At the beginning of the addition of water, the viscosity will rise into a viscous. Continue to add water and stir, the viscosity of the silicone oil will gradually decrease, at this time you can speed up the speed of adding water (recommended: 40kg/ min) until the end of adding water(900kgs) . After adding the water, continue stirring for 5-10 minutes to ensure uniformity.
