Advantages:
1. Excellent Alkali Resistance
Performs stably under high pH conditions without decomposing or losing softening effect.
2. High Compatibility with Anionic Systems
Can be used together with anionic dyes, auxiliaries, or finishing agents without causing precipitation or bath instability.
3. Non-Ionic Nature–Versatile & Reliable
Widely compatible with cationic, anionic, and non-ionic formulations, making it easy to integrate into existing textile finishing processes.
4. Stable Softening Performance in Harsh Bath Conditions
Maintains uniform softness and hand feel even in processing baths containing alkali or anionic additives.
5. Reduces Rinsing Steps & Saves Water/Energy
Due to its excellent bath stability, multiple preparation baths can be avoided, improving production efficiency.
6. Low Yellowing Tendency
Non-ionic structure typically minimizes yellowing on white or light-colored fabrics, preserving fabric appearance.
Basic Characteristics:
Appearance: Transparent to light yellow liquid
Ionicity: Non-ionic
Solid Content: 50±2%
Application:
Non-ionic T307 silicone softener is suitable for high pH processes such as alkaline dyeing, bleaching, and mercerizing, and can be used in the same bath with anionic dyes, optical brighteners, fixing agents, and other anionic auxiliaries without precipitation or emulsion breakage. It works on cotton, linen, viscose, polyester, nylon, and their blends, providing uniform, fluffy softness with low yellowing, making it ideal for white, light-colored, or shade-sensitive fabrics.
Usage Amount for Reference:
1. Dipping Process: For optimal results, dilute T307 emulsion at a rate of 1-3% (o.w.f) during the dipping process.
2. Padding Process: During the padding process, a recommended amount of 20-40g/L of T307 diluted emulsion is advised for achieving desired softness and elasticity.
Storage:
To ensure product integrity, it is advised to store in cool and ventilated warehouses, with a storage period of 12 months for optimal performance.
Emulsification Method:
To achieve the ideal emulsion, dilute T307 at a ratio of 1:3, utilizing a high-speed dispersion machine for a uniform and effective blend.
Emulsification Process:
10% silicone oil emulsification method:
Add 100kgs silicone oil and 3kgs acetic acid and 5kgs emulsifier into the container and stir (recommended:100r/min) while adding water (recommended: 10kg/min). At the beginning of the addition of water, the viscosity will rise into a viscous. Continue to add water and stir, the viscosity of the silicone oil will gradually decrease, at this time you can speed up the speed of adding water (recommended: 40kg/ min) until the end of adding water(900kgs) . After adding the water, continue stirring for 5-10 minutes to ensure uniformity.
